I want to insert a special rtf that I made on it's own separate page in the addendum. I've tried add/remove forms and selected all the extra text addendum pages, but none will let you insert rich text or a .doc file. The only addendum that will let you insert a rtf or .doc file is the original addendum built into the form. I've been hitting control enter to force a page break to get a new sheet, but I'd like to be able to bring in a separate addendum for this specific file. Am I doing something wrong, or is the built in addendum the only one that will let you insert rtfs?

Vivian:

I posed your question to someone at ACI tech support. Here is the response.
Right now the only addendum that will import rich text files (.rtf files) is the original overflow addendum. I would suggest to keep placing it there - either on the beginning or ending addendum page and using Ctrl-enter for a page break.

An alternate suggestion would be to take the time to retype the text on one of the Text Addendum forms or something similar. (Copy and paste may work for this, however it will be lacking some of the formatting and look odd until corrected manually) Once retyped there, highlight all the text and save it to a common response. That way, when you add that form in to the next appraisal that needs it, you can simply use your common response and fill it in without too much trouble.
If I learn anything more about it I will pass it on here.
