ACI is offline again.

ACI is offline again. I am unable to create maps, XML files.
 
Perhaps their system is over-loaded or so much stuff is working on fixing the system, you simply have limited access. I am sorry for you guys but I am sure that they are trying to get back up and running seamlessly as soon as possible.

Trying doesn't mean that they are capable.
I used ACI back in the day but if I were appraising today this would drive me to a different vendor.
Perhaps this, perhaps that...I don't think anyone was able to say perhaps I'll pay you. Totally unacceptable, especially not communicating with their customers. Brutal

I purchased a Total license this week but prefer ACI due to the learning curve. Just trying to meet deadlines with clients whose borrower's are needing to get into their homes before the end of the month. This problem could not have happened at a worse time for lenders and borrowers who are depending upon all of us to get those reports in to the underwriters.

I think the worse thing that is happening is that ACI isn't keeping people informed as to when they will be back online so that we can plan around that. The unknown is really awful treatment of thousands of people who are depending upon them.

my comment was not meant as a dig, it is just my utter disgust for what is happening.
 
The overwhelming relief I had last night has turned back into anguish and panic this morning. Talk about a roller coaster of emotions.
 
I am very stressed today about this. Although I have Total I am needing to get rush reports off my desk so that some very nice people can get into their homes. Right now I am having to move everything to Total from ACI that I have worked on last night and this morning thinking that ACI was online. I finished three and were ready to upload them all upon discovering ACI is offline. Now I am having to retype them all into Total. I don't mind doing that but I am feeling really down about it all. It' has finally got to me after being under lots of stress this week trying to meet deadlines.
