I've been running ACI on my Mac with Parallels for over 8 years. ACI has provided great customer support until recently.

Then they put out a mandatory update - something about enhanced security. I accepted the update, and ACI would not run. I upgraded my windows from 7 to 10. Then it only required a few minutes from a tech guy to restore a few items that got lost in the transition.

But it reminded me that my 10 year old mac probably could use an update, so I bought a new Mac. Migrated the data and whatever software the migration assistant could deal with. Had to update Parallels, then uninstall and reinstall Windows, and then reinstall ACI.

There were a few things that didn't work.

I called ACI. After an hour long wait on hold, a rude tech told me that they wouldn't support my software because it was a virtual machine, not a genuine windows machine. He said that the last tech that helped me should not have done so.

ACI has grown faster than it can handle. Service sucks.

I'm going to buy a windows machine, and then probably switch to a different appraisal software.

This has been very disappointing.
