Is it possible and/or logical to include two location maps in the same ACI report, e.g., a report with a 1004 and a 1007. I presume that one can add the form but I don't know if the map locator would know to use one for the 1004 and the other for the 1007, although scrunching up 12 - 18 comps on one map (sometimes dupliating addresses) is messy...

Never tried that... let us know how it works for You

just copy the image of the first location map page to an extra image page and then create the next location map. maybe due rentals first and label it Rental Map

One map has to be n addenda or extra map page and not the one created in the form. If you have rural scattered properties make a map of the closest comps and save it to a png or some other format, they make the map of all the comps (distant view). Some lenders want to be able to read the road names near the subject.
