Subject is a 2-story, 4000 sf SFR, totally gutted during reovation, with a 2-story, 1300 sf, framed-only side Addition, as well as a 1400 sf 2-story rear covered patio on the lower level, with 75% of the 2nd floor as an addition to the GLA. I would like to use Sketch page 1 to depict the existing improvements, page 2 to depict the side and rear additons, and page 3 to reflect the ultimate renovation. BTW, the project was halted mid-renovation when the owner's bizz went south, and the Intended Use of the Appraisal is for a Federal BK matter.

Every time I try to use multiple pages, without defining the additions as GLA because that would not accurately reflect the current, previously-completed GLA....the sketch program corrupts, ACI closes, and all sketch data is gone gone gone gone, i.e., about 7 hours during the week-end.

Any user advice about multiple sketch pages?

Yes call tech Support right now and or the Sketch Provider :)

I use an old stand alone sketcher. Buy one. Then sketch each as separate entities. Save as jpg. Input in blank sheets.
