ACI provided excellent tech support today

I thought it worthwhile to report my excellent experience with ACI tech support today. I needed to transfer an existing ACI license to a new machine and was able to get help via email. I found out that tech support is still operating without full access to their database of subscribers. I was told that they are not able to access some licenses which make it impossible to provide support. I would only fault them for failing to keep subscribers updated instead of leaving us in the dark.
