This is a loaded subscription to ACI apprasial software. This offering includes 8 user licenses, all with Apex drawing program version 1.41. One license comes with Apex version 2.91. A user can add additional licenses thru ACI at additional cost.
Also included are 39 floor maps, LSI Suite, Landsafe Suite, First American Suite, AI Ready, Technical Support through 11/5/06 (renewable at $395 per year). In addition, I already have AIReady on my account, which is separate from e-Services. It is no longer possible to do this, but my AI Ready never expires. New AI Ready purchases expire in 1 year and then must be renewed annually at a cost of $199/year.
If you were to purchase this package new, it would cost $3500+.
I have closed my appraisal practice and will also include my templates and common responses for the form, so that you can be up and ready to go in no time.
