As of Thursday 12/28/23 Still, none of Maps, Flood, Location XML, ENV INTERGATION WITH DATA MASTER, NONE OF THAT that works. Oh, and by the way if you call ACI you get the same bulls..it. People said Friday to load new software and start over. A ransomware attack is not a simple 'reboot the computer and run anti-virus' - this could last weeks. Get new software and go on. Forget ACI.

I think you are spot on. Time to face it, it's over. The most likely outcome, ACI will go out of business. Time to move on / retire/or do something else as the future of appraising is very bleak unless you want to enjoy working a low-paying or a part-time job.

Go to SFREP or Clickforms - simpler process, I think. The two big ones are owned by larger companies who could care less about appraisers. That's now where they make their money.

Clickforms is SOOO easy to figure out. I did reach out though to find out how to split a page so that I can see my grid when I'm typing on the comments page. Do you know if that's possible?

They are back up, I have a lot to say to them when they start answering the phones! I did not have a problem with them being hacked (**** happens) but to have no communication with your customers and not even tell them when they were back up.. One thing I learned using ClickForms for the past week is that the ACI flood maps are out of date.
