Hey all. Quick question. I am looking up a sales comp on Acris. On the screen where it shows you all the property documents available I see the deed and under "Doc Amount" it has the dollar figure listed that was shown in the New York rolling sales list. When I open up the the deed however under sales price it says $0. Is the sales price listed in the rolling sales valid or does this require further verification?

What is a New York "rolling" sales list?
The NYC Department of Finance "Rolling Sales Data". List of all the sales that happened in the city.

The sales figures used are from the recorded deeds and shoud be the same.
