Adjustment for 1 or 2 storied

In 1004, the design grid allows us to put 1 or 2 storied.
Do you adjust difference between 1 or 2 storied homes. Some like one storied homes especially older folks.
It's subjective in adjustment or do you just put None (0) for no adjustment?

Appeal of a house is always subjective. We know that rich people put value on curb appeal. Maybe you don't.
That's what make us human appraisers see things computers can't........for now.
