Advertising Regs / Laws

Can anyone tell me where to find regulations and/or laws on advertising appraisal services? My supervising appraiser asked me to look into this, but I can't seem to find anything. Any assistance is appreciated.

I know of no laws against advertising except false advertising laws that apply to everyone. Just keep in mind you cannot promise to "bring whatever value the party needs..." I hope that was being Capt. Obvious.
