Alabama Trainee

As the title states I'm a trainee in Alabama and have been since August 2014. My experience is almost entirely in commercial appraisals (100 + reports) though I've completed a handful of single family residential assignments. I'm in the process of upgrading my license to "State Registered Real Property Appraiser" and hope to have that completed later this month. I've "lurked" on this site for awhile and figured it was time to introduce myself. Cheers.
