AMCs for commercial work

I am trying to weed through the hundreds of AMCs, which mostly seem to cater to residential work, to find some that do commercial work. I am aware of Mountainseed and Arc, but haven't been able to get them to respond. Are there any others that anyone knows of? I mainly work in NC & SC. I know this is probably the worst time to try to get on with a new client.

Don't know any of them, but there are many reports of Mountainseed mining the data from appraiser's reports and reselling it. Most seem to be unaware of it upfront. I think there were other issues, too, but that alone is enough for me to avoid them.

I've had one experience with Mountainseed. I had a local bank that did primarily ag. But I did all of their residential work. Much of it was for the relatives of their ag customers or for the home only of their ag customers that had broken off 5 acres or so and the house. Did some rural new construction. The bank executives decided to go with an AMC and picked Mountainseed. Mountainseed convinced them to use CGs only. Well there went that business. The loan officers and their support staff were not happy campers either as we had a good working relationship.
