Wholesale lender in Novato....I'm sure some of us had them for a client in the past, doing reviews.

Their appraisals from thier brokers were the worst of the worst. An appraiser with the initial A.L. was the go to appraiser of choice for thier brokers.

And one wonders why they imploded.

Oops. Typo. Sorry. Same guy.

I've got 4 that need complaints written. A fifth one is with a mutual forumite friend who is helping to write a complaint. This crook needs to go down hard.

I actually had one of his guys, who is unlicensed, admit to me that Abdul Lecky never inspected a home that he signed on. The unlic. guy does the appraisal, start to finish, then emails it to AL for a signature and delivery.

Can you get that in writing???

I've got a copy of an appraisal in Lake County. It has the signature of one of AL's former trainees who is now licensed. But it has a copy of Lecky's license. I call the appraiser who signed the report and he said he hasn't been in Lake County for months and has never been to the area where this property was located. He did acknowledge that Lecky has control of his signature.
