Hi all,
I completed an appraisal for a home in Sonoma county, CA which as a lower level ADU and two additional levels making up the main home, all of which are technically below grade (hillside). If I'm reading the new regs correctly I have to enter the sq. footage of the main home in the finished rooms below grade area, along with the bed/bath count and leave the GLA and bed/baths blank. Unfortunately, the software (ACI) fails the review and I'm unable to create an ENV or XML file. I contacted ACI support and they were no help. At this point I'm looking for suggestions.
