Has anyone every heard of Zaio company. They are a company that compiles a photographic list of every home in a certain city. Then when an drive by appraisal is needed, the picture of that property and the tax records are included in an appraisal report. An appraiser can buy into a zone or zones of a city and get a photographic data base of every home in his zone.
Anyone ever heard of this?? Any thoughts?? To find info just Google Zaio.
