I have a Dodge County acreage that a 28 year old two story house with 2,584 above grade SF. The house was constructed with 2 X 6 exterior walls with R24 walls and R60 ceiling insulation. It also has a solar oil heated system with a 300 gallon storage tank for hot water. There is a new water source heat pump forced air furnace. As you might expect, I have not found any similar comparables in the area. The house is all electric with the bill averaging $150 per month. Any suggestions?

IM HERE in NEW York. Im tired and exausted from all the additional information requested from lenders to better "support value". This job has become a nightmare. Unfortunately it is the only way for me to make a living. Why is there not a union for Appraisers?? I know I cant be the only the one who is now gives 3 x the information for the same fee. Where are the lines drawn? Whi is really advocating here.

union for appraisers

Appraisers Unite Now!! It is our only hope against AMC's and low fees. We need a Union as we have been squeezed to death. Lenders fall short of asking for our blood in a report. Is there a union organizer? You have my support and Im sure many others.
