Anyone Using Aivre?

There is no need for appraisal software for non-UAD reports. With Claude or other LLMs, it takes 10 minutes to build your own custom report template in word, which will allow you to be faster, and have more consumer/reader friendly reports than a GPAR.
Sure if you know how to do it.

You'd be surprised how far you can get just by uploading a GPAR to Claude with the following prompt: "Please generate a fillable form in *.docx format similar to the form uploaded." Once developed, you can use natural language to make any tweaks you'd like to see.

That may be true. But then you can't import comparable sales. It won't make calculations in the form using a side-by-side format. And you have to manually do all the calculations instead of simply putting in the adjustments for each feature such as acreage, GLA, condition, baths, garages, etc. That's a lot of typing. Reminds me of the old days with DOS programs.

Airvre is too expensive for anyone that isn't doing massive numbers of appraisals a month or year. One would need the volume to make it worthwhile. And then if the AI doesn't work well.....more headaches.

Sorry - I thought you were interested in giving it a shot. My bad.

Maybe that’s the intent behind the AMC/UAD crime family curtain, the Indy appraiser gets hammered. My current SFREP is about $55 a month.

What do you do for analytics and market analysis, comps?
