I'm having 2 separate issues with Apex V7. One appears to be an issue with Apex so I am posting that here and the other appears to be an issue with the ACI integration of v7 so I will post that issue under the ACI discussion area. Apex v7 issue: When defining an open area as negative GLA, the total square footage in the Area Calculations Breakdown adds the areas instead of subtracting the areas resulting in an incorrect total square footage. The Area Calculations Summary, correctly calculates the total however the breakdown to the right does not match it. This used to work in Medina but does not work for me in V7. Has anyone else had the same issue or is it just me? Any solution other than defining the area as "Other" and using the Auto-subtract feature?

Rather than using the negative feature, just sketch it out as the finished area.
