Apple had access to my screen

I was on the iphone and didn't know how to use iCloud.
I went to tech support and I let the caller have access to my screen.
Does Apple have access to my iphone or is this a one time occurrence? I didn't read the fine print.

Probably one time. However, a good hacker could almost certainly access your devices.... if they wanted to. That's your real protection.... no one really cares.
