Appraisal Experience Log - Need An Example

I am filling out my trainee experience log. What are you supposed to put in the "Scope of Supervising Appraiser's Review" column and the "Level of Supervising Appraiser's Supervision" column? I'm not sure I am understanding the difference.

I feel like the scope would always be "reviewed everything" because isn't that what the supervisor is supposed to do? It's not like you turn in a report and they just send it off without checking. Of course they review everything!

As for level of supervision, I feel like this is where you put in whether they came with you to the property, if they helped you look for comps, and that they reviewed the entire assignment before turning in.

Contact your state board and ask them. Also note who told you what. I did so in Virginia years ago. Completed as instructed.

The individual reviewing such rejected my log until I provided documentation, email, from them I had done as instructed. The instructions indeed were incorrect but, because I did as instructed they figured it out.....
