[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Condominiums, Co-ops, and PUDs

Do you wish to enhance your ability to appraise condominiums, cooperatives, and planned unit developments (PUDs)? Take an in-depth look at these forms of ownership and facilitate the appreciation of the information in a practical manner.

For appraisers with limited background in appraising these property types, this seminar will provide a foundation for accurate and thorough observation and reporting procedures. For those appraisers already familiar with appraising these types of properties, this seminar will provide a comprehensive review and a means of remaining current on the latest terminology and techniques.
Class will begin with a historical overview of these ownership forms and community associations in general. Later there is a chapter devoted to each of the ownership types. There are also discussions of trends, land use policies, common areas, and commercial condominiums.
After attending this seminar, you will be able to
  • Define differences among condominiums , co-ops and PUDs.
  • Distinguish the various forms of community associations.
  • Properly complete necessary forms of each ownership type.
  • Understand how each ownership type is governed.

This is not an endorsement, just posted for information purposes. We have so many postings regarding condominium appraisals, this may just be the course you are looking for.

I believe this course is also offered online at the AI

Chris, George,

Have you taken the course? Does it go into whether an appraiser should review and comment on the budget or not? If it does, I would reccomend it sight unseen.
