Has anyone else had a problem with emails from Appraisal Port being delivered hours and hours after they were sent? I missed two nice orders today because I didn't get the assignment in time to accept (not blast orders, but actual assignments).

BTW if all you have is snarky comments about clients using Appraisal Port, please keep them to yourself.

Tom, experienced the same issue with appraisal port. Called AP to report the problem, and of course they indicated the source of the problem was not AP, but my email provider, Time Warner. Solution offered, which works, is edit AP profile and add a secondary Email. Worked for me, YMMV.

I am getting five of the same email from one client.

I'm on auto-accept. I never miss an AppraisalPort job unless I don't want jobs, in which case I set the out of office feature.

So you accept orders without researching the property?

I do this in AP also because the assignments are all the exact same scope of work and all residential. In other words the Engagement letter is identical except for address. I also have the option to turn the order back if there is something wrong, with out penalty.

I would not do this for any other AP clients.

Exactly the same here. Same issue, same response from AP, same solution, same results. Except now, every time I get an order, I get two e-mails. Annoying, but at least I get the notification. It would be better if AP would just resolve the issue.

Gee, no snarky comments here. I have never heard of them! Is this a gold mine that I should dig? Is it a parasite or a real client? :)

Here is why I don't accept FNC AI PORT response.

I have used time warner internet and e-mail for a long time. During that same time period I was and still am using AI Port. The email problem did not exist until AI Port did the major facelift and changes on their internet portal process.

Devil is always in the details. I bet every appraiser who has been using AI Port and Time Warner for a long time can say the same thing as I have.

FTR, I pay you FNC for the service. Its not my fault that you cant seem to fix a problem with one of the largest Internet Providers in the USA.

So, all I can say now is; 'Don't Bruger me FNC!'

I'm with Charter and its the same issue.
