Hey,

This is a question i have for both appraisers and software companies.

I read this blog post:

coestervms.com/appraisal-intelligent-review

This basically something that automatically runs on an appraisal XML file, checks for certain validation requirements and builds up a PDF with a checklist item. Is that correct?

I looked up

google.com/#q=appraisal+review+checklist

and found out different checklist PDFs from different companies, is there a standard checklist used for this for all appraisals (or appraisals by type) or does anyone just create their own?

The reason i am asking is because i am looking into creating an appraisal XML parser that will pretty much do the same as the blog post i've linked to. But my knowledge and experience in the appraisal field is limited.

Appreciate any help provided.

Thank You.

Thank You. i am aware of that, but that doesn't help me a lot. i am wondering if the checklist items in the PDF's for the auto review are standard or companies work on creating their own items? I am trying to create an XML parser that allows individuals to create their own checklist with either selection from a pool of standard checklist items or creating their own.

Again, any help with some resources or information regarding this will be appreciated.

Thank You.
