Anyone using this software for 1004MC? My password is no longer valid and I can't get an email response to reset it. Phone calls to the listed number are dropped after about six rings. I sent a message through their system and did not get a response.

Why pay for generating a 1004mc when you can often get it for free from your MLS,
or download the data from your MLS and use preset Excel spreadsheets to generate
the 1004mc??
I forgotten who (here) has such spreadsheets posted on the WWW (free),
but if you like, PM me, and I'll email 1 or 2 different versions to you.

If you don't own Excel - there are free versions of MS Office that generate
with same formats as Excel, and so can read same, all available on the WWW.

If you Total they have one built my MLS also does on on the fly I download the info from MLS and
us a program developed by David Braun (he's on the internet) works great and also gives graphs and charts worksheet
