I did one multi-million dollar appraisal for Ron Clarke in Alpine. It was the worst experience ever. Nothing but pressure, pressure, pressure. I'm glad I made the assignment COD and cashed the check on my way home from the appointment. I didn't come in where he wanted and he was ******! We had a "heated" discussion on the phone and he said "You'll never do any of my transactions again!" and I said that was perfectly fine with me and don't call me again. I'd like to say "poor Mr. Cloward" but I did enough reviews on him to know those weren't the only properties he was over-valueing through the years.
