Do we know if any sanctions have been filed against the bank and SL by the state as the result of this case?

This was a civil case, not criminal. I am not sure what the NCAB would know about the case. I would assume that all paties had to sign a confidentiality agreement not to disclose anything. That is a real shame.

I hope he got a big settlement. A trial would have been a lot more interesting.

The truth is stranger than fiction. The appraiser (McSwain) had a heart attack last Thursday. I just found out that this AM. I know the last 500+ days for him have been stressful. I would be willing to donate $100.00 to the plantif appraiser involved in a realistic suit against an AMC or bank.
