Appraiser Wanted In East Tennessee

I am looking for a licensed or certified appraiser in the East Tenneseee area. No trainees please.
I am a state licensed appraiser and i own BridgeZ Real Estate, a small company based in Knoxville Tennessee. I am looking for someone to work on a subcontract basis. I have a good steady client base and offer generous fee splits. I dont engage in shady business practices and dont want an appraiser working with me who does. We offer a good reliable service. Also, i have clients who offer work all acrosss Tennessee. As i cant be in two places at once, i am also looking for ethical appraisers across Tennessee to whom i can refer work to. This can be worked out on a flat referral fee or a % of the fee.

I'm surprised you haven't got a taker yet. With things slowing down I would think this was a good opportunity. If it gets to slow I might just give you a call but then I would have to traverse the dreaded "Dragon" everyday and fight with the motorcycles for my half of the road. I'm just 50 air miles away but its a one hour and forty-five minute drive.
