In May 2018, I purchased a Disto E7500i from Appraiserslaser.com. On Saturday March 9, 2018, the Disto malfunctioned. I emailed Leicia that morning as well as AppraisersLaser.com. Leicia responded several days later on March 14, 2019, that from the photos I submitted, the device probably would not be covered under warrantly.
I received an immediate response on March 9, 2019 via email from Megan Zonavetch of Appraiserslaser.com. She had me email photos of the screen error as well as the laser ID#. She sent a detailed email with instructions to return the Disto and told me not to worry, the device would be covered under warranty and that the service center upon inspection of the device, would send me a new Disto.
I had a lot going on and finally shipped the device on March 18, 2019. This morning, March 26, 2019, I received an email from Megan indicating the new Disto was shipped yesterday via priority mail and I should receive the new device in a couple of days.
Megan was terrific and I highly recommend Appraiserslaser.com!!!
