Caveat: Perhaps the dumbest post ever; however:
How does a "typical" residential appraiser do his or her job in San Francisco? Do they drive a personal auto, or use public transportation, or rideshare, or what? I'm a SoCal boy who is accustomed to getting in my car just to buy a carton of milk and don't know how an individual appraises (or how one even goes about daily life), in the big City. I lived in San Francisco for a few months about 30 years ago and might as well take advantage of the AMC presence everywhere. I'm aware that it costs much more to live there. I don't wish to waste anybody's time and appreciate your consideration and advice.
