Once again I turn to the forum for help!
Does anyone know of any approved (final subdivision approved) but unimproved land sales since 1/1/2008? My subject is located in Kent County but will consider sales in New Castle or Sussex if that's all that's available. I have less than 20 buildable lots, a "wet and wooded" parcel, 2 stormwater retention areas and a small flag lot.
There are some good listings on CoStar for approved/unimproved land but I'm trying to drum up some settled sales. I'll also consider approved/improved land sales as well. There is not a shortage of unapproved/unimproved land sales in Kent County!
