April 24th CE Class

[Don Clark]

I am doing a 7 hour course titled Hot Topics in Residential Appraisal on April 24, 2010 at Alpha College of Real Estate. The first portion was written by and used with permission by Danny Wiley. I wrote the second half which covers Mortgage Fraud and the appraiser.

Would like to see many of you there.

Sounds interesting... I'll try to make it.
