Soooo.

Wednesday I go to the house that is not on line. A 2300 square foot split. Never have I seen such a large split.

Anyhoo, the lender is asking me for the report. Ummm, I had to go back home and look for comps. I guess they will have wait til Monday for the report. Besides, it is mad snowy and I am not going today for comp pictures. Two day turn around is not always available. LOL

I've always been a winter person, but the older I get the more I hate the snow. 6-8 inches here, this year is killing me!

I recall a few years ago I was carting around my snow-shoes and ice cleats. I do wish the dog didn't chew up those ice cleats, most driveways are skating rinks now.

A beach in the carribean....now that would be just right for me.
