Kinda interesting read.

Uncovering Flaws in FHA Appraisal & Loan Review Process

True, but this was a better ouline of the happenings. It was also unbiased. She seemed to loose at every step. I thought an interesting case study.

And again, there are plenty ad nauseum political threads here that seem an eternity long speaking to the walls, or themselves.

A detailed case study is more interesting than repeating political banter. It might help you one day. But not neccesaily what the poster had to say.

The failure of the appraiser is still no excuse for the failure of the lender and FHA to not send the report out for a full field review. That used to be common with FHA when they would send out their own reviewers. Do they even bother to review anything anymore?

The talk here is prety good, but the actual court case shows the hidden details. And maybe a plan of attack in a similar situation.

Court cases can be long and attorney enriching.

Love to read the state appraiser cases. Although we seem to have stopped the highlights in this state. Moat truly were about the bad, the ugly, and the no good.
