I have asked for them to include a field for agents to list concessions a couple of times, and yesterday, when I saw the announcement of upcoming changes, I emailed and asked again. This is the reply:

Yes, we will be adding a new field to the reporting of a Sale Selling Concessions: (e.g.- Closing Cost; Allowances, etc you may
include a $ amount in this field) - this will be an alpha/numeric field.

Wow, that ought to be interesting. If they do that, an appraiser will be able to quote what the agent reports in the MLS one way or the other.
