And the problem is.... the folks who are doing this don't even know Brian has a newsletter. Don't even know who Brian is.

Go through lein holders of some of these recently sold buildings, Wells Fargo, 5/3 all duped.

Can't you supeona the appraisals from these lein holders and finish each and every dumbo off once and for all, rather than waiting for a complaint. Think of the damage you might be preventing.

I imagine Brian has next to no resourses to go fishing for complaints, probably not in the job description anyway. That seems to be more of a law enforcement thing rather than license administration. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

The thing that fries my banana is that there is no way this stuff happens without the local aldermen being aware of it and the effect is has on their respective wards. However, Chicago being Chicago...
