Has anyone used a freelancer that help auto accept appraisal orders on line?
~Thanks

You really want those kinds of jobs?

Sure... I had a "filter" on my email program that auto-magically sent this message back to AMCs:

"You are blocked, do not send any more orders, they are auto-magically deleted."

No to both questions for me. I want to know what I'm getting before I accept it.

I currently hold an AL license and i have been working with the particular AMC over a year now and they are fair. I don't get much work for other AMC due to their low fees, plus considering my current AL status it fairly competitive to get assignments.

Have you tried to do some face time with local banks and credit unions? You also might try signing up for rimcentral and see if anyone will "bite" there.

Please don't take this wrong, but let me use an analogy.
Do you believe a mechanic would auto accept any job without knowing what is involved and before he can analyzed the problem?
Do you think any attorney would accept auto accept any client without knowing what the clients problem is?

Please reconsider your position. It is simply stupid to automatically accept any offer at any price. You have no idea of the SOW, the amount of work involved or anything else. And just for info, remember, YOU AS THE APPRAISER DETERMINE THE SOW needed for a credible result.

DONT ACCEPT OFFERS WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT YOU GET INTO. It will bite you in the butt at some point.

100% of the assignments from said AMC are from banks and they are all refinance and Purchase only, plus my local market area are tract homes only...
I haven't used a auto accept so i really don't know if one can customize exactly what it can and can not accept.

I just pay attention to my email during business hours.

If they can't allow at least 1/2 a biz day for me to accept, forget it.
If they ask for a quote, I'll get back to them in that time.
If you can't wait, see ya bye, I wants it cheap and fast guy. :leeann:

I've never used such a system but one of the big AMC's had a major upset many years ago about this. Something about a violation of your service agreement if you disclose your user id and password to a 3rd party for such a purpose. it got you thrown off their list so then you got no orders.
