CRA looking to relocate back to AZ wondering if anyone is willing to provide their average/typical valley fees they receive for primary 1004 reports and how many reports you average a week/month? Lived in the valley for 10 years so very competent with the area, just know I’ll have to re-establish myself and the earnings comparison unknown is unnerving. Currently live in MN and getting sick of the cold and snow. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

OREP is doing a survey. I think annually.
They want inputs now. Appraisal Fees on the Move: New Survey Asks How Much (workingre.com)
Customary and Reasonable Fees Survey Results (workingre.com)
Otherwise this might be considered some sort of "collusion" to fix prices. Prolly why you are not getting many bites. You probably should be careful how you ask about fees.
