I know this really doesn't have much to do with appraisal on the surface, however if you read the letter in which they are outted by their "anonymous" former employee, that person ends the letter with something that I find interesting.
" but the mailing address will be a PO Box at one of Balboa’s 3 main tracking locations (Moon Township/Coreaopolis, PA, Dallas/Ft Worth, TX, or Phoenix/Chandler, AZ)"
Before I even read the cities, I said out loud, "probably Coreaopolis PA". Amazingly enough there it was.
Isn't Coreaopolis PA the headquarters for some of the largest (and cheapest) AMC's too? Sounds like scam city. Do they offer a tax break to businesses with a sound plan for ripping off the public? I don't know anything about the city, but I did think it was pretty ironic. I actually hope to see this investigated though. Not the city part, just the forced insurance without the borrowers knowledge part. I'm not saying anything, I'm just sayin.

Probably because LSI started in Coraopolis, then employees/officers left, went across the street, and started their own companies. Nothing else.

It's Coraopolis--actually the AMCs are located in Moon Township (childhood home of John Calipari), close to the Pittsburgh International Airport, which has a mailing address of Coraopolis.

The Phoenix/Chandler address makes sense since CW/BOA have a 2,000+ employee "campus" over there. Big stuff.

I wonder how CW/BOA paid for this 'campus' ? Heh, heh......

Maryland is very friendly to banks and credit card companies in general.
