Hello fellow New Hampshirites!!

I am so sick and tired of Real Data. I am on auto renew but they still put me on a hit system. They are outrageously expensive compared to MLS and although they are very accurate and trust worthy they don't give you much for your dollar.

B&T from the Warren group seems great in Mass. I have tried it in NH and it sux big time. I searched my own house with B&T and it showed the last transfer as the last time I refinanced. Can we get either Real Data to step up to the plate or get B&T to expand into NH without being deceptive as they are now???

Anyone know if these companies have plans to get better for us New Hampshirites??

No, but you're right and the Warren Group's B&Ts are great. In addition the Warren Group does the MLS "Public Data" cards as well around here. Does the Warren Group run your MLS "Public Data"?

Our MLS doesn't have public data. Most towns are not on line so I guess they feel like it would be too much of a bother. I just wonder who does B&T's research for NH b/c it is polluted with mistakes up here.

Dear Kate,

I haven't been here in a long, long, time.

I just purchased the real data and the guy showed me around and it seemed to be really good. I didn't feel that I got what I paid for and I am going to cancel the subscription.

Real Data Subsciptions

They have an apprasier's subscription for about $21 per month - you can choose towns statewide - they give you ten towns to choose from but you can email than and change your selection - I am very happy with this subsciption since I changed from the hit method

Does anyone have a source for commercial property sales, in particular, I'm looking for mid-sized (20 to 60 units) apartment complexes
