Friend called the Board asking a question about a Trouse and how the Boards foundation rules applied to completely enclosed Trouse. Well it seems that the Board has backed off of their definition of permanent foundations. Seems now that all we have to have is proof that it is taxed as Real Estate.

I have a feeling that no one one that understood the Boards Ruling dared to appraise Manf. Homes and someone raised hell with the Board. I have a name and number to call and confirm this but looks like I might be doing them again.

Jeff:
If you find something in writing let me know! All they had to do was change one word in their article that has been on the internet for several years. A change in the sentence of "foundation meets FHA and Fannie Mae quidelines" changed to "foundation meets FHA or Fannie Mae guidelines" makes a world of difference!
