Hello, I am working on a REO property in Northern Philly with some major damage to the foundation. I called a few contractors to try and get a up to date general cost for these types of repairs but they are very tight lipped about it. Any thoughts on the costs of these types of repairs ?
As I cannot post a picture yet, One wall is exposed stone with some of it falling down and the concrete slab feels hollow.
