Bed in garage

I saw a bed in a garage. Do I need to mention in report that someone may be sleeping in the garage? It does have a CO detector.

I had two partitioned (blankets and boxes) in the garage in a 3 bedroom house where she rented out to five other people. I think I heard there are 75,000 illegal garage conversions in Los Angeles used as rentals.

Report and don't worry about it.

It's not a conversion. Someone could sleep on that queen bed there and made the garage "nice". Lenders ask for photos of each room but haven't asked for interior of garage.
