Does anyone work in Belton, MO? One of our daughters and her family live there. They are about to start looking at homes, and I was hoping for some general information, and possibly some data. Thanks in advance!

I was there in February. Next time, I'll try to make time. It would be well worth the trip.

I do and the best advice I can give you is to tell her to get out now. I guess I haven't been there is awhile but it was a bloodbath the last few times I was. Values declining like crazy and lots of foreclosures. Here is the link to the county website

That market has been hit hard, however, looking at it from the other direction there are lots of bargins.
