If you have an Acadamey in your area, the Brazos Work Force Series/Stone Creek smock shoe, either regular or steel toe around $20 bucks. I add waterproof spray to it. Now another very good water proof shoe is the Merrell brand, pricy but well made. I also use the much more rugget Croc shoe just to give the feet a break.
or try Cabela's. They have slip ons in their brand or New Balance, Merril etc. And then just use a good waterproofing spray or grease. If oil tanned leather, buy a very old timey proofer called "Hubbard's Shoe Grease"...works great.
I have a pair of timberland boots. I've had them for a good 5 years now. There not cheap i paid $120.00 but they are very warm and water proof. Never sprayed them with anything no need to.
