Best iPad apps

Santa left an iPad 2 for me under the tree. I have to admit, holding it is like caressing Angelina Jolie's bo........but I digress.

Anyway, what appraisal or just general business related apps are out there? Has anyone intergrated the iPad into their daily appraisal practice and how? Any suggestions and experiences are appreciated.

Some I use on a regular basis:
CamScanner scan documents to email or fax, scan old deeds and plat not on the net.
EasySign Opens PDF documents, you sign, and it creates PDF to email or fax.
Super Ekey The iPhone is my MLS key.
Pandora Music app.
Angry Birds for waiting on print orders or time out.
Star Walk not for work, but really cool app.

I merge all of the MLS sheets into a single PDF and email them to the Ipad-no need to print them when you do that. Pandora is a must. The mapping app turns it into a 9.7 inch GPS if need be.
