Best Source For Zoning Maps In Nj

Moe,

The tax maps are available for Hudson County. Once you put in the address and the property info comes up, down at the bottom in blue will be the tax map link. One will be the active x tax map, the other will be the png tax map. Choose whichever one you can open.

Ben,

Just want to confirm that we are talking about the Garden State MLS. When I put in the web address tax.gsmls.com, the screen shows either tax search, map counties, or install Active X. What is the next step.

Frank

Frank,

The next step is Tax Search. Type in the address and go from there.

I can't believe it?

Even though I am a GSMLS member, I never knew that this service was available. Actually you don't even have to be a GSMLS member.

Let's see how long it remains a free service.

Ben,

Regarding the zoning maps from floodmaps.com, do you find that the zoning boundaries on the maps are not always accurate. The lines are not placed in the right spot.

Frank,

The maps I use on the CD's from them are pretty accurate. I cross reference them with the MODIV info to double check the zoning.

What's really scary is that the MODIV stuff from the site that you posted the link for can be different from the Vital MODIV link that I posted. One can be more detailed than the other.

I have been using the MODIV info for years and I thought it was pretty much standardized but evidently not. Go figure.

Ben.
