I may have to relocate to Boise to care for my elderly parents. I would like yo hook up with someone that can show me the ropes and get me geographically competent. I should be able to bring my own book of business with me. I am in good standing with a few national AMCs.

Non-disclosure state. I don't bother with the few requests I get a year, but Idaho appraisers come over here a lot. Since the Realtors hold the keys to all the information be ready to buddy up with a few. I hope your parents are doing better. Have they considered coming down to live with you instead? Either way best of luck.

New Mexico is non-disclosure too, so I am used to that. They don't like it here, too dry for them. So far they are doing fine, but the ay is coming soon. My sister is looking after them for now, but it is getting to be a bit much.
