It's short notice but support C&R, support your board's efforts : Start listening at the 15:00 minute mark:

$170 fees from Streetlinks. So much for the appraiser shortage.
Yeah, same old same old. During the boom of the early 2000's a local guy with 23 trainees covering the whole state contracted with eApe for $175 per URAR. That's not a typo, face to face he bragged to me: "Hey, what do I care? My cut is $100 a report 20-30+ times a day and all I have to do is review reports all day." That gravy train did eventually come to an end but not before he set himself up with a big bag of money with no disciplinary actions [that I know of]. Ran across him the other day, he's driving a $70K truck while I'm scooting around in an Atlima busting my rear end to pay for my son's college so he doesn't have a lifetime full of debt. Who's the better business man?

Seriously? Wow. They offer $325 around here but I just can't get past the 22 page assignment condition list.

Appraisers who are on their preferred list (Appraiser Plus?) get first crack and accept the discount for the honor, you're getting the rejects at $325.
