Anybody here familiar with Camas, Washington? There is a MB or LO trying to get a restaurant with an apartment above it done on a Fannie 1025 form and put it through as a residential mortgage. I want to know what the address of this place might be.

Camas, WA.

Dean Potter, MAI at 360-693-4482.

He is also on the WA RE Commission.

Thanks Ryan. I'll call him tomorrow. I think I'd already given his name and number to that stupid LO, so he might know right away what property this is.

If you need any more let me know. I don't know if my old mentor goes to Clark County or not but she does commercial property and is a General Appraiser. I do know a few others down there. Don't think the LO will get anyone to do it on a 1025.

We Bid That Job

I gave that LO a bid last week.

It went something like this:

Thank you for your email request for the appraisal in Camas. We would be
happy to complete the appraisal. We can complete the appraisal on the
Uniform Commercial Industrial Appraisal Report form, or as a Narrative
report. The narrative report is most common and would be the preferred
format for a mixed use property. Fannie Mae form 1025 is for use
in the appraisal of residential properties, since this has a commercial use
we would not be able to complete the appraisal on this form.

Our appraisal fee for this assignment is xxxx in the narrative format or
xxxx if you would like it completed on the Uniform Commercial Industrial
Appraisal Report form. Our turnaround time is XX to xx days. Please let me
know if we can be of service with this assignment.

Never heard back from him...

Phil

sounds like...dialing for dollars routine

Thanks Phil!!!!!

Now, I need that subject address, please. Email or PM it to me please. I'm beyond tired of that little turkey trying to get this one done as residential and with the address it will then be on many national lenders QC list for reviewing that file prior to closing.

Pam.....You're getting close to geographic incompetence are you not? The state of Washington is about as far as one can get from Florida without crossing the ocean or international borders. Or, have you been commissioned by the FBI or Interpol?

Just wondering: Could you have said anything more pointless?
